<p>This accommodation complex is set 10 minutes away from Hua Hin’s midtown and it shares a lovely small beach with Sheraton Resort. There are several rentals of similar type with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, so the complex is a fantastic choice for multiple families travelling together. With a unique pool and many secluded corners to unwind in, this property will ensure that you return home rejuvenated.<br />

There villa has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with an en suite bathroom and modern wooden fittings. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and its guests can use a bathroom that is accessible from the living room. Every bathroom at the villa has a sink, toilet and shower, and there is a large bath tub in the master bathroom as well.<br />

The villa’s common areas are particularly beautifully designed and decorated in a style that merges layout with nature. You will fall in love with an open plan living, kitchen and dining room that has very tall windows facing the pool patio. The elegant kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering, and the living room features a flat-screen TV with 100+ channels, DVD and CD player. <br />

Guests staying at the villa can take advantage of using Sheraton’s facilities at a flat low rate. The complex is half-way between Cha Am and Hua Hin beaches, both reachable within 10 minutes by car.

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
