Indoor dining is another option when it comes time for meals, and a lovely table is set near the kitchen to accommodate diners. </p>

Walking up an impressive wooden staircase, the second floor houses two guest bedrooms, each with furnishings and spacious area to settle in for the holiday. Balconies with seating make for a great place to spend the evening with a cold drink. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and includes a modern master bath with a large tub. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms all together, and the villa can serve as an incredible holiday home for up to six Phuket visitors. </p>

Bang Tao is a sleepy beach town and serves as a premier destination to relax and embrace the Thai lifestyle of “sabai-sabai” (relaxing and enjoying life). Walk a mere 400m to Bliss Beach Club, which is the perfect place to feel the sand between your toes and soak up the sun with a drink in your hand. If you've tired of your normal spot on the beach, then hop over to Surin Beach, just 3km away, and change up the scenery a bit. Kamala’s Fantasea and Patong’s nightlife are 15- and 20-minute drives away. Don't forget your friends back home and pick up some souvenirs after catching dinner at the nearby restaurants. </p>

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
