The privacy is in terms of 3 comfortable double bedrooms which each have their own television, private bathroom and mountain and garden views. Togetherness is the calm rear garden area where you have a 30sqm private swimming pool, terrace with a 4 place dining suite, and the gentle sound of water from the small pool waterfall feature.</p>

Your living space covers the whole of the villa’s ground floor and consists of a fully fitted kitchen which makes mealtime an easy time. Dining space with an impressive dining table seating 4 guests, and a lounge space which invites you to relax, before directly accessing the pool area to plunge into the pool or sunbathe.</p>

Your holiday home is just 1,200 metres from the laid-back Bliss Beach Club. This friendly and relaxing place is right on the beautiful Bang Tao Beach. You can make use of comfortable loungers, umbrellas and beautiful swimming pool, or dip your toes into the calm blue sea. Evenings see live sets from the resident DJ, and regular weekend visits from world renowned DJ’s are a regular occurrence. Beach Clubs are a feature of Phuket, and Bliss features highly.</p>
<p>
For a fun afternoon you are within walking distance of a mini-golf course, and while you are less than 5 minutes drive to shops and massage parlours, and only 3 km from Surin’s upscale restaurants and shopping. </p>

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
