<p>Close your eyes and picture the perfect tropical holiday retreat then open them and take a good look at the stunning 7 bedroom Bangrak Beachfront Villa. Stretching over 1,600 metres of tropical land that slopes to white, sparkling sand and the inviting turquoise ocean, you will be staying in complete luxury which is perfect for socialising as well as offering private areas for that all important ‘me’ time.<br />

You will find 2 pavilions that make up the main living spaces. Both of which are stylish in decor, furnishings and decoration. There are comfortable lounge areas in each with beautiful Thai ornaments mixing with the large flat screen TV offering international channels. Easy access through large glass patio doors to the teakwood deck and beyond will be used often.<br />

Before the relaxing courtyard area and private swimming pool there is a wonderful dining terrace offering stunning views as you enjoy your meals. It will certainly be a popular spot for eating and drinking day and night. The fully equipped, modern kitchens have every appliance required for self catering and the indoor dining tables are perfect for formal meals. While every cooking appliance may be at your disposal, you also have the opportunity to hire your very own chef who will cook meals for you on a daily basis. This will give your whole party the chance to fully enjoy all the villa has to offer.<br />

The stunning views of your tropical landscape, the temple and golden Buddha are a constant companion and you also have the private swimming pool to relax in, loungers to stretch out on while topping up your tan, and for those wishing to keep fit there is a fully equipped private gym.<br />

When it is time to sleep the en-suite bedrooms will be a welcome sight. Both pavilions house 3 bedrooms with a master bedroom in each. Every one of these offers space and luxury. The two master suites have the additional joy of outdoor secluded Balinese bath and shower areas. This will give guests a true tropical experience. The 7th bedroom is in the building which houses your gym, so those sleeping here can work out as soon as they awake!<br />

Known locally a Wat Phra Yai, the golden statue is 12 metres high and can be seen from several kilometres away. Its towering presence is probably the best known landmark of Samui and it is right on your doorstep. You can take advantage of this by visiting early morning to get a real sense of the place. If you opt to take a water blessing from the temples Monks and donate a small fee you will not only be helping with the upkeep of the temple and Golden Buddha. The Monks have established an educational centre for underprivileged Thai children so your gift will also help develop this.</p>
What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
