Baan Leelavadee is a beautifully furnished family villa set amongst mature lush tropical gardens overlooking the central gardens of this private gated development.
The villa is completely set up for family self catering holidays providing Guests with a home from home environment with the added luxury of a keeping service every 4 days.
The accommodation boasts 3 spacious air conditioned bedrooms each with full bed linen and guest towels, fully equipped modern kitchen with appliances including dishwasher, large dining table for 6 persons and a range of outdoor terrace furniture including 4 sun loungers, outdoor dining tables and chairs for up to 8 persons all of which look straight into the villas own swimming pool.
A range of hire cars from a national firm are available, to suit all requirements, please ask for more information.

- Villa cleaning service & bed linen changes every 4th day. (with the exception of Sundays).
- Guest bath and pool towels are provided and changed every 4 days along with the bed linen.
- Separate Beach towels also provided (please launder by self in villa wishing machine during your stay)
- Extra fast Fibre Optic Internet from 3 BB provided free of charge

- A hire car is recommended and full hire arrangements can be made through the villa manager.
- Local taxis are also available, just ask for the local number sand the villa manager will be happy to oblige you.

- Please note, that due to the peaceful atmosphere and tranquil setting of the development that this villa is situated within, bookings are only accepted from families and couples looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday within their own villa.
- The management make every effort to ensure that all guest's and home owners privacy is not invaded or disrupted.
