<p><p style="text-align: justify;">Each of these 5 spacious 2-bedroom summer houses has two floors; open space living and dining rooms, as well as kitchen, are all on the ground level. In front of the house is a BBQ with an outdoor table, made with those perfect tropical nights with one’s family and friends in mind. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor and each features a flat-screen TV.<br />

There are two bathrooms with showers and toiletries, one downstairs and one on the floor above, between the bedrooms.<br />

Cozy living space is arranged in a comfortable fashion with modern fittings and a Satellite TV. The house has plentiful wardrobe and storage space, and there is a full Western-style kitchen as well. On site facilities include a communal pool with loungers, rooftop terrace for dinners and small gatherings and a small fitness corner. <br />
<br />
The townhouses are in a safe gated community 4.5 km away from the beach, and in a great position for exploring Hua Hin’s major attractions. Within walking distance are a local market great for grocery shopping, a few convenient stores open 24h a day, plus launderette, spas and both Thai and international restaurants. </p>

What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
