<p>This luxurious 5-bedroom villa rental is located in a secure gated development just 1000m from Jomtien Beach. Recently re-built and refurbished in October 2015, the villa sleeps 10 adults and 2 children across its entirety. <br />

Modern, spacious, secluded and stylish, unwind in the tropically landscaped garden with its 45sqm swimming pool with an adjoining 60cm-deep kid’s pool. Spend the hours in the stylish relaxation sala or take advantage of the brick BBQ with a meal on the terrace that has seating for up to 10 people at poolside. <br />

The interior is open-plan and roomy, benefitting from an elegant choice of handmade teak-furnishings and exquisite modern paintings. Converge around the 55-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound music system or enjoy the benefits of the in-house pool table. The western-style kitchen has lots of modern appliances making self-catering an absolute joy.<br />

The 5 bedrooms are all spacious and have double beds, although there is a sofa bed in the family suite that sleeps 2 kids. Take a soothing dip in the private Jacuzzi in the master bathroom.<br />

Located in a prime holiday location just a short distance from Jomtien Beach, bars, international and Thai restaurants and shopping centers. Pattaya Floating Market and Pattaya Underwater World are also nearby.</p>
What's included?
- Free internet access.
- Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
- Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
- Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
- Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
- If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
- Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
- Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

- Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
- The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
- Tariff:
- Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
- 4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
- 6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
- The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
