Club Lersuang is a low level residential apartment complex completed in November 2005. The units are selectively located in 4 blocks of 4 stories encompassing a communal pool complex with landscaped gardens.
The apartments are designed to be modern, light and airy with open plan kitchen/ dining/ living areas. The kitchens are equipped with oven, hob and extractor fans and finished in marble or granite. All Deluxe apartments are 125 square meters in size.
The master bedroom is located towards the front of the Deluxe with views over the pool. The Bathroom is en suite and shared with the guest bedroom with shower . There is also a guest toilet near the entrance to the Deluxe.
The development has a large swimming pool which extends the length of the grounds between the apartments and the reception / clubhouse There is a separate kids pool section for less experienced swimmers.
The Clubhouse has a reception desk to assist guests with personal requirements and a restaurant, pool table, bar, internet caf� and gymnasium. There is also a pool bar and external recreation area that guests may make use of.
The Deluxe is fully furnished and appointed to include linens, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The homes have been decorated to a high standard and include a minimum of Satellite TV, and CD/DVD/VCD facilities. Air conditioning is standard throughout but large sliding doors and patios overlooking the pool allow for a fresh air option.

Situated on the southern point of Bang Tao Bay, on the island's west coast and just 200m from the beach. Club Lersuang is ideally located within easy reach of a multitude of sports facilities, including five golf courses, tennis and squash courts, scuba diving and yacht marinas. There's everything from casual dining to 5-star cuisine, literally within walking distance. Distance from Phuket International airport is a 20 to 30 minute drive. Patong Beach and Phuket town are about a 20 minute and 30 minute drive away respectively.

* In the case that a home becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to relocate the guest to similar or better accommodation, subject to availability. In the case that alternative accommodation is not available, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a pro rata basis of the room rate. If the alternative accommodation is not accepted by the guest, no refund will be paid.
